The gold of Mozambique

A project created by MUSOCO and Mozambican Association KUWUKA, its name “MOZAMBIQUE GOLD” emphasizes the intention to focus on young Mozambican academics, a precious resource for the future development of the country, but who often have no future in Mozambique.

Our motivations:

The Gold of Mozambique project has a two objectives:

  1. To help university students, secondary school children, professors and teachers to deepen their scientific knowledge according to their individual interests.
  2. To promote research activities and direct contact with local people, to pinpoint concrete needs and solutions for community growth.

 

Specific objectives of phase 1 are the following:

 

  • To create conditions for conducting research activities. A survey needs to be carried out for this purpose.
  • To exchange experiences through the creation of a national and international research network.
